Full description of the product
What is PVC tape?
PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is a widely used and economical material in conveyor belts.
It is light and economical
They are food grade
It is used for light and medium lines
Hygienic and can be used in the food industry
Its resistance to abrasion and chemicals is less than PU
Types of PVC conveyor belts
Two sides of polyester: Both sides are reinforced with a polyester layer, which is very resistant and stable and is used in lines with medium pressure and abrasion and for transporting sticky materials. Such as dough and bread
One side of polyester: One side is reinforced with polyester and the other side is plain. It has greater resistance and friction and is used in transporting dry materials. Cardboard. Packaged materials, etc.
Back of polyester: The surface of this tape is plain and the back is checkered, which provides better friction and prevents materials from slipping on slippery and sloping surfaces and is usually used in transporting wet materials such as fruit washing lines.
The thickness of PVC belts varies based on the load they can carry and the diameter of the drum (roller).
In general:
Greater thickness = higher strength and durability
Less thickness = flexibility and lightness for lighter applications
Guide or guide:
Used to guide and support the conveyor belt along its path of movement and prevent it from deviating
Types of guides:
A, B, D, Z, M
Stair: A type of material handling system used to move objects and materials on an inclined or vertical path.
Thicknesses:
2cm, 3cm, 4cm, 5cm, 6cm, 8cm, 10cm
Conveyor belt grip or clamp:
Used in industrial and food belts to create a strong connection between the conveyor belt and other parts.
Types of Grips:
Needle Grips:
G1,G2,G3
Hammer or Hook Grips:
In sizes 15 to 65
Wall or Sidewall:
A part of the conveyor belt that is vertically attached to both sides of the belt and is responsible for holding the materials and preventing them from spilling.
Heights:
3cm
to
10cm
